The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
The client pays 40% of the total cost if he/she cancels in the 14 days before arrival.
If the client does not show up, he/she will have to pay the total amount.
In case of lockdown resulting in inability to travel we will issue a voucher to be spent the following year or refund the deposit.
At Check-in, in addition to the balance, will be required:
- Deposit of € 200.00 in cash
- Tourist tax of € 0.70 per person per day (Children under 12 years free)
If by the date of request for payment of deposit we have not received the required amount, the reservation will be canceled.
The balance must be paid in full upon arrival by credit card, check or cash.
The suite can not be occupied by a number of people greater than that indicated and it is also forbidden the partial or total subletting. At the time of booking, the tenant expressly accepts the general conditions mentioned herein.
In case of force majeure, this contract may be terminated by the organizing company with the simple repayment of sums paid without the company having to pay further sums for any reason.
